  • Visa Processing (success not guaranteed)

  • Pre Departure Support (accommodation, SIM cards)


3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete documents

  • Notify us of changes (e.g., passport expiry)

  • Pay fees on time (late payments may delay services)


4. Fees & Refunds

Service fees are non-refundable (cover administrative costs). However: University/embassy fees may be refundable per their policies. Exceptions considered for documented emergencies (e.g., medical issues).

While we cannot guarantee approvals, we: ✅ Provide free reapplication analysis ✅ Help strengthen your application (e.g., SOP revisions) ✅ Offer discounts on reapplications.

You pay tuition/hostel fees directly to the institution. We never handle tuition payments.

Immediate service termination and potential legal action. We verify all documents for authenticity.

Notify us in writing (email: support@goldenbirdservices.com): Cancellations: 15+ days before service initiation = 50% refund. Rescheduling: Free if notified 7+ days in advance.
